Index of Contents

A very accurate idea of what the grammar comprehends and the way in which the contents have been structured can be obtained by throwing a glance at the Index of Contents, which you can download as a pdf by clicking HERE (the fact that the Index has been directly taken from the book where it has been formatted into two columns has made it difficult to copy it as plain text here, it has been easier to put a link to a pdf with it). This will show you the division in main blocks, and inside each block the subdivision in chapters.
